Repo: cagataycali/tiny-the-reachy (MIT). "Strands agent driving a Reachy Mini · expressive · conversational · on the desk." Status: 🟡 scaffold. Robot: Pollen Robotics Reachy Mini (Lite = laptop localhost:8000; Wireless = CM4 reachy-mini.local:8000). Agents are pure clients of the daemon (HTTP/WS :8000). NO arms/legs — personality = head + body + antennas + recorded-emotion library. Motion envelope: head pitch/roll [-40,40]°, head yaw [-180,180]°, body yaw [-160,160]°, delta max 65°. FSM-free, clamped. 14 robot tools: reachy_look (6-DOF head), reachy_antennas, reachy_body_turn, reachy_home, reachy_wake, reachy_express, reachy_list_emotions, reachy_get_state, reachy_motors, reachy_camera, reachy_look_at, reachy_say, reachy_play_sound, reachy_volume + shared lookout-stack. Four personas: REPL, voice (always-on, head-wobble), telegram (/mute /state /wake), thinker (30s expressive heartbeat). Three docker containers (tiny-voice, tiny-telegram, tiny-thinker) + systemd tiny-compose.service; share .memory/mem.db. Expression fires simultaneously with speech. Family: same architecture as neon-the-g1 + scout-the-rover, nervous system copied verbatim, only tool layer differs. Verified against Reachy SDK 1.9; only smoke tests pass. Built on strands-agents, devduck, reachy_mini.
